Gordon & Rees is pleased to announce that Troy Biddle has joined Gordon & Rees’s Seattle office as a Partner in the Insurance Group.
Mr. Biddle focuses his practice on Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation, Claims Advice, and Coverage Analysis. Mr. Biddle has represented and counseled Insurance Companies in first and third party claims and litigation, as well as bad faith litigation in State and Federal Court. Mr. Biddle’s practice also includes representing vessel owners and underwriters in maritime-related litigation, products liability defense, legal malpractice defense, and high-exposure liability defense, as well as commercial litigation.
Mr. Biddle is a graduate of the University of Oregon and Willamette University College of Law.
Mr. Biddle also clerked for the Honorable Jack A. Billings of the Second Judicial District in Oregon. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Biddle was an insurance broker.
Mr. Biddle is admitted to the State and Federal courts of Washington, Oregon and California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Biddle was a Partner with the law firm of Betts Patterson Mines in Seattle.
