Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and Chernesky, Heyman and Kress PLL are merging to create the second largest law firm in Dayton. Before their combined efforts, Dinsmore was the ninth largest, while Chernesky held the title as being the sixth largest. After the merge, the newly created firm will have a total of 47 lawyers. Other details are still being worked out, such as their location.
