“Germany is one of the most important markets for antitrust in the EU, and in the last three years we have witnessed high growth in antitrust investigations and competition litigation issue. Michael’s appointment therefore comes at a critical and exciting time, and I am delighted to welcome him to the firm. I am sure he will make a significant impact to our pan-European competition offering.”
