Greenberg Traurig Grows Corporate Practice with Addition of Seth E. Zuckerman in New Jersey

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues to grow its Corporate & Securities Practice with the addition of Seth E. Zuckerman as shareholder in the New Jersey office. Zuckerman joins the firm from Saiber LLC.“Seth is an accomplished attorney whose experience in M&A and financial services will serve as an asset to the firm,” said Philip R. Zuckerman has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, spin-off transactions, management buy-outs, business planning, banking, and finance. Zuckerman’s M&A experience covers a broad number of industries including aviation, insurance, and manufacturing.

Zuckerman also has broad experience in connection with business law, planning and negotiating business combinations, financial transactions, structuring and initial funding of business organizations, venture capital transactions, structuring employment relationships, and private securities offerings. His experience also includes drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements, operating agreements, and other business and corporate agreements.

Zuckerman holds a J.D. from Catholic University of America, where he was the lead articles editor of the Catholic University Law Review, and a B.A. from Dickinson College.
