Bird & Bird Welcomes Corporate M&A Partner Marc Seeger in Dusseldorf

International law firm Bird & Bird welcomes corporate M&A specialist Dr Marc Seeger as a partner in the Düsseldorf office. He will join the firm on the 1st of November 2020. Marc joins from Hengeler Mueller where he was a senior associate since mid-2018.

Prior to that, he worked at Gleiss Lutz for more than seven years, with the last three as an associated partner for the firm. Marc Seeger advises on M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate law. One focus of his practice is on cross-border M&A transactions for German and international strategic investors. He also specialises in distressed M&A and advising private equity investors and their portfolio companies. At Bird & Bird, he will continue to focus on advising businesses in the technology and communications as well as the retail and consumer sectors.
