Holland & Hart Adds Accomplished IP Litigation Partner Elizabeth Manno

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Manno has joined the firm as a partner in the Denver office’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Elizabeth brings sophisticated patent and other litigation experience and proven courtroom advocacy to help clients navigate complex technology disputes and achieve their business goals. Before joining Holland & Hart, Elizabeth was a partner at Venable LLP and at Perkins Coie LLP.

Elizabeth focuses on technology disputes, including patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation. Her practice encompasses the full life cycle of IP controversies, from pre-litigation  strategic counseling through federal court litigation and appeal. She also handles commercial disputes, including complex indemnity issues, that often emerge from IP matters.
Elizabeth works closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and develop litigation strategies that consider the immediate dispute and the broader business implications. Her ability to translate highly technical concepts into compelling arguments has made her a sought-after advocate in high-stakes IP disputes.
“Elizabeth significantly strengthens our IP litigation capabilities and perfectly complements our award-winning patent prosecution team,” said Lindsay Silber, Intellectual Property Practice Group Leader. “With extensive courtroom experience and a business-focused approach, Elizabeth delivers comprehensive IP counsel to clients facing complex technology disputes. Her track record handling disputes across multiple technology sectors gives our clients confidence we can protect their interests regardless of industry or technical complexity.”
“I’m excited to join a firm renowned for its collaborative culture,” said Elizabeth. “As part of Holland & Hart’s comprehensive IP team, I will be able to guide clients through every stage of dispute resolution, from initial strategy through litigation. I’m also proud to join an organization where women hold key leadership roles, which aligns perfectly with my work advancing women in the profession through my service as a Board Member for the National Association of Women Lawyers.”
