Christopher D. Reiss Joins Polsinelli as Shareholder in Denver Corporate and Transactional Practice

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli announced that Christopher D. Reiss has joined the firm as a shareholder in the firm’s Denver office. As a corporate and transactional attorney, Reiss brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, portfolio company investments, strategic planning, buyouts, complex restructurings, joint ventures and general corporate governance matters to the business division at the firm. Reiss joins Polsinelli from Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP.

Reiss counsels private companies in the structuring and negotiation of purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and all related facets of the acquisition or sale process. He has represented a range of clients from national hotel and resorts to academic medical centers. He has experience representing companies in the hospitality, gaming, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and health care industries and often works with private equity and venture capital investors.

Reiss earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Colorado.
