Tax Controversy Partner Denise Mudigere Joins Holland & Knight in Dallas

Tax attorney Denise Mudigere has joined Holland & Knight’s Dallas office as a partner in the firm’s Tax Controversy and Litigation Team. Mudigere joins Holland & Knight from the Dallas branch of McDermott, Will & Emery.

“Denise fulfills a strategic need for the office by helping us support the growing business opportunities we are seeing in the market,” said Scott Wallace, executive partner of Holland & Knight’s Dallas office. “She’s a very talented lawyer who will quickly become indispensable to our national tax controversy practice.”

Ms. Mudigere focuses her practice on representing individuals and entities in all stages of federal civil tax controversies. She represents clients in U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) examinations, administrative appeals, and litigation. Ms. Mudigere has settled multiple tax disputes in administrative proceedings and with IRS legal counsel—often avoiding litigation.

Ms. Mudigere earned a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a B.A. degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
