Spencer Fane Welcomes Sonja McGill as a Partner in Firm’s Dallas Labor & Employment Practice

McGill’s practice focuses on providing businesses of all sizes strategic advice and counsel on a broad range of employment issues. Her experience includes recruiting, hiring, employee and labor relations, discipline and terminations, internal investigations, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, EEO compliance, contingent worker issues, and business-based immigration matters. McGill has also developed extensive experience as a trial attorney. She has successfully tried multiple labor and employment claims in state and federal courts throughout the United States. In addition, McGill has built a respected reputation as a seasoned and skilled mediator and arbitrator, and was recently selected to become an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.

She also is a frequent author on top trends and topics in the area of labor and employment law.

McGill completed her undergraduate studies at Princeton University and later earned an MPA and Juris Doctor from the University of Texas.
