Will Thompson has joined the firm’s Dallas office as partner. Will has represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in trademark and trade secret cases, class-action lawsuits, antitrust litigation, sports litigation, and investigations. He has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, including in cases involving oil-field operations, fraud and kickbacks.
