 Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology and life sciences law firm, announced today that Lewis Zirogiannis has joined its Litigation Department as a partner in the Dallas office. Zirogiannis arrives from Foley & Lardner LLP.

Zirogiannis collaborates with C-suite officers and boards of directors when they are in crisis, whether in complex commercial litigation, internal investigations or regulatory enforcement matters. He brings decades of top-notch experience working both in-house and in private practice in a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, energy, transportation and healthcare. Zirogiannis oversaw global compliance programs and supervised litigation, investigations and regulatory relations at two General Electric Co. businesses and was Associate General Counsel and Global Anti-Corruption Officer at American International Group.
