U.S. law firm Jackson Lewis has hired Michael J. Mirarchi to fill a Dallas legal job as a partner, according to a press release.
Mirarchi, who founded a consultancy in 1992 that helps employers avoid litigation, brings 25 years of experience advising and counseling within the realm of employment law.
“Michael’s passion for helping employers minimize and prevent lawsuit filings lines up perfectly with Jackson Lewis’ long-standing history of ‘preventive strategy’ counsel to clients,” managing partner Christopher Antone with the Jackson Lewis Dallas office. “We could not be more pleased to welcome him to our office.”
The founder of Mirarchi Management Group said he is looking forward to continuing his adherence to “fairness, integrity and professionalism” with the firm’s Management Education practice. He is recognized as one of the nation’s top authorities on strategies of preventing employees from filing lawsuits. His experience circles around dealing with claims of discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination, among additional workplace issues.
He holds a law degree and a business administration bachelor of science degree from Seton Hall University.
