Prominent Healthcare Finance Lawyer Victoria Bowser Rejoins Squire Patton Boggs

Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that Victoria Bowser has rejoined the firm as principal in the Public & Infrastructure Finance Practice, based in Cleveland. Ms. Bowser arrives from Ballard Spahr.

Ms. Bowser has more than a decade of experience counseling state and local government issuers, borrowers and underwriters of federally taxable and tax-exempt bonds. Her special focus on healthcare finance is complemented by extensive experience with financing transactions for the benefit of colleges, universities and other nonprofit organizations. She has advised clients on all aspects of bond financing, including federal tax and securities matters, issuance, post-issuance compliance, marketing and continuing disclosure.
