Ogletree Deakins Grows Litigation and Counseling Practices, Welcomes Doni Bulea

Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce that Donald (Doni) Bulea joins the firm as shareholder resident in its Cleveland office. Bulea is an employment law litigator and counselor who joins Ogletree Deakins after successfully representing Ohio employers for more than 11 years. Mr. Bulea joins from Giffen & Kaminski.

Bulea has extensive experience in employment litigation and counsels employers on the full range of workplace issues. His litigation practice is focused primarily in the financial services, healthcare, education, and retail industries. He has represented employers before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Bulea also provides counseling to human resources departments and in-house counsel on employee discipline, wage and hour, accommodation requests, Family and Medical Leave Act leave and benefit entitlement, and conducting internal investigations.

Bulea received his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude. Earlier, he earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University.
