She is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA), and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), and has published several articles regarding health care-related cybersecurity issues.

Beat received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo and holds a Registered Nurse (RN) designation in Ohio.

He has significant experience representing public and private organizations that have been victims of ransomware attacks, network intrusion, and attacks on e-commerce payment systems.

“I could not be more excited to join Lewis Brisbois and its Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice. Sean Hoar has amassed an amazing group of high-caliber attorneys whose client-driven focus and results-oriented approach has garnered recognition industry-wide. What an honor to be on this team,” Salour said.
