Polsinelli Adds Noted Chicago Transactional Attorney

Am Law 100 firm, Polsinelli, welcomes Andrew L. Wool to its Securities and Corporate Finance Practice in Chicago. Wool joins the firm from the Chicago office of Chapman and Cutler LLP.

Andrew L. Wool joins the firm as a shareholder with a practice focusing on private investment vehicles, including private equity/hedge funds and joint ventures. Andrew represents sponsors of open-end and closed-end funds on formation, regulatory, compliance and governance matters. He also regularly negotiates and structures private equity and hedge fund investments on behalf of pension plans, insurance companies and other institutional investors.
