Ms. Maus’s commercial litigation and business consulting practice includes a focus on contract, warranty, distribution, dealer, sales of goods, and Uniform Commercial Code issues.

Commenting on her move to Venable, Ms. Maus said, “I am attracted to Venable’s well-established and well-respected product liability and product regulatory practices. I am particularly excited to bring my consumer product disputes and recall experience into the fold.”
