Orrick Grows IP Licensing & Tech Transactions Team in Boston

Rob advises clients on transactions focused on the exploitation of IP rights and technology across various industries, including fintech, cleantech, AI, software, hardware, media and digital health. He counsels companies at all stages of growth, particularly startups and emerging companies, on a variety of complex commercial agreements, including development, distribution, strategic alliance, supply, and IP license agreements. Rob also assists clients with IP issues arising from strategic corporate transactions, such as financings, mergers and acquisitions. Parr joins the firm from Wilson Sonsini.
