Kenneth Juster Joins White & Case as a Partner

Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today that Kenneth Juster will join the Firm’s Global Capital Markets Practice as a partner in its Boston office. Juster will work closely with the Firm’s Global Financial Institutions Industry Group and will advise clients on broker-dealer regulatory matters. He joins White & Case from K&L Gates LLP, where he handled all aspects of laws and regulations applicable to broker-dealers, investment advisers, alternative trading systems, and securities trading and funding platforms.

“The transactional work done by many of the Firm’s practices often involve issues concerning broker-dealer regulation,” says Stuart Matty, Head of White & Case’s Global Capital Markets Practice. “Ken’s significant experience in handling issues that arise in connection with investment products and regulated entities gives clients an experienced advisor to guide them through the life of a transaction.”

The addition of Juster demonstrates the Firm’s ongoing commitment to supporting its Global Capital Markets Practice, as well as expanding its Boston office.

Juster advises clients on the formation, design and implementation of broker-dealer and investment adviser compliance and supervisory programs; non-US broker-dealer cross-border requirements; and inspections and examinations by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

“Our clients trust us to guide them through challenging issues posed by regulatory agencies around the world,” says John Donovan, White & Case’s Regional Section Head, Americas Capital Markets. “Ken will play an integral part in addressing those challenges so our clients can accomplish their goals.”

Prior to private practice, Juster spent more than six years holding in-house counsel positions at broker-dealers. Before going in-house, Juster served for four years as the executive director of a major asset management trade organization.
