Baker Donelson has added Alexandra L. Neifert as a shareholder in the Firm’s Baltimore office and a member of the Real Estate Group. Ms. Neifert’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and related business matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, construction, and land use matters. She represents developers, owners, builders, investors, contractors, landlords, and tenants across a broad range of commercial real estate projects. Before joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Neifert served as co-managing partner of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP in Baltimore and co-chair of its Women’s Initiative Network.
