Polsinelli Continues to Grow its National Corporate and Transactional Practice with Addition of Atlanta Shareholder Duo

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes two accomplished corporate attorneys, Amanda Norcross and Suhail Seth, as shareholders to the firm’s national Corporate and Transactional Practice Group. The two are the latest to join the firm’s growing Atlanta office. The pair join Polsinelli from the Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.

Norcross and Seth bring decades of combined corporate and transactional law experience to Polsinelli, as well as additional concentration in cross border transactions and focus on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Both bring additional depth and continued momentum to the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Practice and the firm’s Atlanta office.

“Amanda and Suhail are talented attorneys who bring great experience and an array of skills to our firm,” said Polsinelli Corporate and Transactional Practice Chair Jonathan K. Henderson. “They add to our existing depth and experience as we continue our march to be the nation’s premier corporate and transactional law firm, especially serving the nation’s middle market. Their broad range of legal skills, from M&A transactions, negotiating cross border deals, to franchise structuring make them unique and strong additions to our firm.”

Since opening seven years ago, Polsinelli’s Atlanta office has grown into a full-service office with 32 attorneys, including 18 shareholders. The firm’s Corporate and Transactional Practice Group also continues to grow, with the addition of Atlanta M&A and private equity attorney Aubrey Gibson, Jr., and the firm most recently welcomed a private equity team, Evan Knobloch and Tracy Jacobson to its Chicago office.

Both Norcross and Seth were drawn to Polsinelli’s culture of diversity, client service and growth.

“Polsinelli has an impressive national reputation for its Corporate and Transactional practice, and I am eager to collaborate with my new colleagues across the country to offer exceptional service to the firm’s growing client base,” said Norcross. “I look forward to growing my practice here, building the Atlanta Corporate and Transactional practice with Suhail and Aubrey, helping navigate clients through the lifecycle of their transactions, and contributing to the firm’s successful team culture.”

“There’s a unique opportunity for me to contribute to the firm with my multinational practice, and I am pleased to get started,” said Seth. “Polsinelli’s national platform will help me not only grow my practice with the firm but allow me the opportunity to expand the firm’s and its clients’ capabilities in Atlanta, as well as nationally and internationally. I am especially excited to continue my partnership with Amanda and to join Aubrey and be part of a diverse corporate and M&A practice group that is especially devoted to the middle market.”
