Polsinelli is pleased to announce that Joseph C. Mandarino has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as a shareholder in the Tax Practice. Mandarino arrives at the Polsinelli from Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
“Joe is a highly respected tax advisor with deep experience in transactional structuring, fund formation and complex multijurisdictional matters,” said William J. We are excited to welcome him.”
