Noted Corporate Finance Attorney Steve Park Joins Ballard Spahr in Atlanta

Steve B. Park, an attorney who represents clients in a wide range of corporate securities and financing matters, has joined Ballard Spahr as partner in the Atlanta office, firm Chair Mark Stewart announced today.

Mr. Park advises on corporate, securities, and finance law with an emphasis on public and private offerings of securities, commercial lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, EB-5 transactions, and compliance with SEC regulations and reporting requirements.

“Steve is a talented lawyer who has represented manufacturers in extraordinarily complex transactions,” said Mr. Stewart. “He adds further depth to our corporate practice in the Southeast, a strategic goal for the firm, and his strengths align with ours.”

Mr. Park is well-known for his work on EB-5 financing matters and has represented a wide range of regional centers, project developers, and other sponsors in EB-5 securities offerings and other aspects of the federal program. EB5 Investors Magazine recently named him one of the top eight EB-5 corporate and securities attorneys in the United States.

He also focuses on commercial lending transactions for lenders and borrowers, especially in the automotive sector. Mr. Park is fluent in Korean and often represents both multinational companies and banking clients who extend credit for Korean and other corporate borrowers in the United States. His work also involves advising companies on issues involving business organization, corporate governance, and federal regulatory compliance.
