Corporate Partner Juliana Neelbauer Joins Fox Rothschild in Atlanta

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Juliana Neelbauer to the Atlanta office as a partner in the Corporate Department. Before Fox, Neelbauer was a partner and lead of the Intellectual Property practice at Drew Eckl & Farnham LLP. 

“Juliana draws on deep knowledge of corporate, intellectual property, cybersecurity and data privacy law to deliver comprehensive representation to businesses, nonprofits and trade organizations in a variety of industries, often serving as outside general counsel,” said Fox’s Atlanta Office Managing Partner Mary Balent Long. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our growing roster of attorneys in Atlanta.”
Neelbauer acts as a strategic adviser on a broad range of legal matters, including technology commercialization, capital raises, securities compliance, patents and trademarks, mergers, acquisitions, other domestic and international transactions, and product or brand-related disputes. She advises clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, investment funds, manufacturing, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, health care, supply chain, art, entertainment and media, eSports and government contracting. Companies involved in fintech, consumer and commercial technology, including digital assets, NFTs, and other blockchain-powered products and business models, also rely on her informed legal counsel.
Neelbauer serves on the alumni board and as an adviser to the executive directors of the Startup Shell incubator at the University of Maryland. She is a lecturer for entrepreneurship students in the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship programs and has served as an adjunct professor in the Maryland Intellectual Property Legal Resource Center of the University of Maryland Carey School of Law.
Neelbauer previously spent several years as chief operating officer for Ad Hoc LLC, a mid-market federal prime contractor that builds custom web portals used by millions of Americans.
Neelbauer earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
