Buchalter Welcomes Litigation Partner Drew Greene to Atlanta Office

Buchalter is pleased to announce that Drew Greene has joined the firm as a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the Atlanta office. Greene arrives from Chamberlain Hrdlicka.

Greene has extensive experience representing businesses in a wide range of Commercial Litigation and creditor rights matters. Her practice focuses on state and federal business disputes, where she handles all stages of litigation including discovery, dispositive motions, trial work and appeals. She advises clients across a variety of industries, while maintaining a focus on achieving the best results.

Greene represents clients in government investigation and regulatory matters involving both state and federal agencies. Her experience includes securities fraud and RICO Litigation, breach of contract, and other business tort claims, labor and employment disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation and protection of creditor rights both in and outside various chapters of the Bankruptcy Code.

Buchalter recently announced the expansion of its Atlanta office with a new long-term lease at Prominence Tower in Buckhead. The firm expanded to occupy the full 11th floor of the Class A office tower, owned by New York Life, further strengthening its presence in the Southeast.

Greene earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she was certified in the TI:GER (Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results) Program and served as a Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review. Greene has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation and was named among Georgia Business Magazine’s Top Lawyers.
