Locke Lord Counsels Enterprise in $2.15 Billion Purchase of Eagle Ford Shale Midstream Assets From Pioneer

A team of Locke Lord lawyers led by Terry Radney and including Joe Perillo, Dale Smith, Hunter Summerford and Walker Clarke, provided counsel to Enterprise Products Operating, LLC (“Enterprise”) in its $2.15 billion purchase of the Eagle Ford Shale Midstream business (EFS Midstream) of Pioneer Natural Resources Company (“Pioneer”) and Reliance Holding USA, Inc. (“Reliance”). Assistant General Counsel Charlie San Miguel led the legal team at Enterprise on the deal. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and normal closing adjustments. Gray Plant Mooty Expands Fargo Presence Through Merger With Sandin Law

Gray Plant Mooty, a 170-attorney law firm based in Minneapolis, announced it completed a merger today with Sandin Law, a boutique estate and business planning law firm located in Fargo.

The announcement follows a December 2014 notice that Gray Plant Mooty was opening a Fargo office after advising clients in the region for decades. A team of five professionals, led by Principal Toni M. Harris Beach PLLC Expands Health Care Practice with Addition of Four Partners

Harris Beach PLLC is pleased to announce the expansion of its statewide health care practice with the addition of four partners, namely Julie M. Bargnesi, Patrick B. Curran, Amy Archer Flaherty and Meghann N. Roehl, formerly with the Damon Morey law firm in Buffalo, NY. The transition will take place by June 1, 2015. All four are noted for their medical malpractice defense and representation of hospitals, health care systems, nursing homes, physicians, dentists and other licensed medical professionals throughout Western New York. In addition to their health care services practice, they also bring experience in appellate work, general and product liability, regulatory compliance, governmental investigations, and professional disciplinary matters.
