Die Scheer Group GmbH, ein Netzwerk wachstumsstarker IT-Unternehmen für Software und Beratung, hat mit Vertrag vom 31. März 2014 mit der Software AG den Erwerb der IDS Scheer Consulting GmbH vereinbart. Damit übernimmt die Scheer Group GmbH das SAP-Beratungsgeschäft der Software AG in der deutsch-sprachigen DACH-Region (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz).

Mr. Nossa has extensive experience negotiating and drafting industry standard documentation such as the ISDA, GMSLA, MSLA, MSRA, EEI and NAESB agreements and many forms of credit support documents including CSAs, security agreements, guaranties and letters of credit. He advises dealers and end users on the Commodity Exchange Act and Dodd-Frank regulations. Mr. Nossa received his A.B., cum laude, from Princeton University and his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School.

Arnold & Porter Represents Hungary in Its US$3 Billion Global Offering

Arnold & Porter LLP’s client Hungary recently closed a global offering of $3 billion in debt securities via BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities and J.P. Morgan. The $3 billion offering consisted of $1 billion Notes due 2019 and $2 billion Notes due 2024. The offering was one of the largest deals so far this year in the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) region.
