The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Tom Skinner has joined the Firm as a partner in the Chicago Office. He formerly served as acting Assistant Administrator for Enforcement and Compliance at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as U.S. EPA Region 5 Administrator, and as Director of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. He most recently was head of the environmental law group at Mayer Brown LLP.

The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green today announced that O. Benton Curtis III, a health care fraud and abuse attorney, has joined the Health Care and Life Sciences and the Litigation practices as a Member of the Firm in its Washington, D.C., office.

SNR Denton’s banking practice continues its global expansion with the addition of Edward Hickman as a partner in its Banking and Finance team. Edward joins today from Linklaters where he spent the last six years as a partner in their structured finance team advising major banks and corporates.
