Cahill Represents Ascend Health in Acquisition by Universal Health Services
Cahill is advising Ascend Health Corporation in its acquisition by Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) whereby UHS will acquire Ascend for $500 million in cash. Including the assumption of $17 million in Ascend net debt, the total transaction consideration is approximately $517 million.
