Olswang has advised BBC Worldwide on a sale and licensing deal in relation to its consumer magazine business. Following a competitive tender process and approval from the BBC Trust, the deal with Exponent Private Equity (“Exponent”) was announced on 16 August and is expected to complete in the autumn, following OFT clearance.

Tax Credit Finance Team Joins Nixon Peabody’s NYC Office
