Troutman Sanders has announced its plans to open an office in Portland, Or in April. This will be the firm’s 16th office. Partner Lara L. Skidmore is to become the first managing partner. Two lateral partners, Matthew D. McVee and Antoine P. Cobb will join the firm and the office.

Cozen O’Connor has officially moved into its new office in Manhattan, New York. The new 46,000 square feet space resides on the 19th floor at 277 Park Ave. The firm signed an 11-year sublease. Abby Wenzel, managing partner, explained that the firm is looking to expand. The firm can take in 20 new attorneys and about 10 staff employees.
