Pepper Hamilton, Blank Rome Follow Suit with Salary Increases
Firms Pepper Hamilton and Blank Rome announced plans to raise attorney salaries this week, becoming the latest to join the trend. For Pepper Hamilton, first year associates in all offices will get an extra $10,000, except in Harrisburg and Detriot, where the raise is $7,000. Blank Rome’s Philadelphia first-years will now earn $125,000, and its D.C. and New York associates take home $135,000. Source:www.law.com
