Respected Delaware litigator Steven T. Margolin joined Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a shareholder in the firm’s Wilmington office and will lead the firm’s Delaware Litigation Practice. “Steven, a native of Delaware, has more than 20 years of experience litigating a broad range of cases in all of the Delaware courts, including the Court of Chancery, as well as in the federal courts located here,” said Diane N. In addition to his litigation practice, Margolin provides legal opinions on topics of Delaware law and serves as Special Committee Counsel to boards of directors seeking advice concerning litigation or transactional issues.

Margolin has represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout his career, developing or clarifying Delaware law in several notable cases (including In re: Appraisal of Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc. and ATR-Kim Eng Financial Corporation v.
