Goodwin Adds Prominent Technology Litigator Neel Chatterjee in Silicon Valley

Goodwin, a leading Global 50 law firm, announced today that internationally recognized technology litigator and trial lawyer Neel Chatterjee has joined the firm’s Litigation Department and Intellectual Property Practice as a partner in the Silicon Valley office.

Chatterjee regularly appears in the International Trade Commission and courts around the country. He has particular experience in the Northern District of California, the Eastern District of Texas and the District of Delaware. Chatterjee serves on the Board of Directors of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley and as a member of the Federal Practice Program for the Northern District of California.

He has also served in several roles for the Northern District of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco and the California Bar Foundation. Chatterjee founded the Bay Area Diversity Career Fair, one of the most successful diversity career fairs in the U.S. He is a member of the National Advisory Committee of the National South Asian Bar Association.

Chatterjee is widely recognized – by a broad array of peer-reviewed industry publications and organizations – as one of the nation’s leading technology litigators and trial lawyers. He was named an “IP Vanguard” by the California State Bar and an “IP Trailblazer and Pioneer” by the National Law Journal.
