Zhong Lun Law Firm is pleased to announce that Mr. Zhang Mingjie has recently joined the law firm’s Shanghai office as partner in the International Practice. Mr. Zhang was a senior partner of Boss & Young Attorneys at Law before the joining.

Mr. Zhang is a graduate of Wuhan University Law School. He received his Ph.D. in law from the Law Faculty of Fribourg University, Switzerland in 1997. His main fields of practice include foreign investment law, company law, M&A, technology transfer , retail and franchising, e-commerce, labor law, international trade and disputes resolution. Mr. Zhang is also an arbitrator of China International and Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”)
