Blackbird Technologies Acquired by Raytheon for $420 Million

Cooley advised Blackbird Technologies, Inc. in its acquisition by Raytheon for $420 million. Blackbird is a technology solutions provider solving challenges for customers in the defense, intelligence and law enforcement communities. Raytheon is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, security and civil markets throughout the world, providing state-of-the-art electronics, mission systems integration and other capabilities.
