Dinsmore’s Pittsburgh Office Adds Two Partners

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP welcomes two partners to the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Intellectual property (IP) attorney Leland P. Schermer and corporate attorney James A. Baldwin enhance the services offered in Dinsmore’s Steel City location.

“James and Leland are great additions to our office. Leland’s extensive experience and understanding of IP litigation will help our clients protect their innovations. James’ corporate transactional experience is always in need as businesses locate and grow in Pittsburgh,” said Anthony Ditka, Pittsburgh Office Managing Partner. “They strengthen our bench in two key practice areas, and I’m pleased they joined our ranks.”

Leland P. Schermer has represented large and midsize companies and individuals in intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation and transactional work, such as licensing, contracts, mergers and acquisitions.
