A multi-practice team from DLA Piper advised on the sale of the CSG Technology Solutions business to NEC Australia for a base purchase price of $227.5m, following a lengthy process which completed on 2 July 2012. The firm has acted for CSG Limited since its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2007.

The DLA team was led by Melbourne-based Corporate partner, Steven Casper, and included partner Mark Burger, senior associate Greg Monahan, solicitor Rebecca Zwier and graduate James Brownstein (all Corporate), as well as IPT senior associate Sarah Dolan, Banking and Finance partner Monique Stella, Real Estate partner Jane Baddeley, senior associate David Andrewartha, and many others.
