International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Hong Kong listed company Yingde Gases Group Company Limited (Yingde Gases) on its US$250m senior notes issue, which closed on 28 August 2014.
The unsecured notes are offered at 7.25% and are due in 2020. The notes, issued through its wholly-owned subsidiary, have received ratings from Fitch, Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s and are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Freshfields has a longstanding relationship with Yingde Gases, having advised on previous bond issues and acted as issuer counsel on the company’s initial public offering in 2009.
The Freshfields team was led by US corporate partner Calvin Lai, finance partner Andrew Heathcote and corporate partner Richard Wang.
