Mayer Brown represents underwriters on $700 million high yield note offering by Regency Energy Partners LP

Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm, represented Barclays and the several underwriters in connection with the offering and issuance by Regency Energy Partners LP and Regency Energy Finance Corp. of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 5.00% senior notes due 2022. The high yield bonds were sold in a public offering registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Regency Energy Partners is engaged in the gathering and processing, compression, treating and transportation of natural gas; the transportation, fractionation and storage of natural gas liquids; the gathering, transportation and terminaling of oil (crude and/or condensate) received from producers; and the management of coal and natural resource properties in the United States.
