The Firm is representing Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., in connection with its €2.2 billion sale of WILD Flavors GmbH by WILD Flavors shareholders, Dr. Hans-Peter Wild and funds affiliated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. to the Archer Daniels Midland Company.
