DLA Piper announced today that Jeff Legault has joined the firm’s Corporate practice as a partner in New York.

Legault focuses on mergers and acquisitions, both public and private, with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions across a range of industries, including life sciences, manufacturing and financial services.

His clients include public and private companies, private equity funds and family offices. He also regularly represents both issuers and investors in early stage venture capital transactions.
