Orrick Welcomes Restructuring Lawyer Robert Hollander

Orrick announced today that Robert Hollander, an authority on bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters, has joined the firm’s restructuring group. He will be based in the New York office.

Robert brings three decades of bankruptcy and restructuring experience to Orrick’s top-ranking practice. He represents debtors, secured lenders, equipment lessors, bondholders, indenture trustees, and acquirers of distressed assets. Robert has extensive experience in out-of-court restructurings and complex domestic and multinational insolvency proceedings.

“I am very excited to join the team,” Robert said. “I look forward to working with the highly skilled, creative and effective restructuring lawyers here at Orrick.”

Orrick was ranked a top 10 bankruptcy law practice by The Deal Pipeline each quarter during 2015 and Law360 named Orrick’s Restructuring team “Bankruptcy Practice Group of the Year” in 2014. “Robert brings a great reputation and years of experience to Orrick reinforcing our ability to provide clients with the highest standard of representation,” said Ron D’Aversa, chair of Orrick’s Restructuring group.
