Katten Gains Employment Law Practitioner Daniel Doron in New York

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP announced today that Daniel J. Doron has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate practice. Doron, who represents clients in connection with labor and employment-related aspects of M&A transactions on both the buy- and sell-side, will be based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Doron Joins Katten Muchin from Goodwin Proctor.

Doron regularly counsels clients on compliance with, and best practices for, the panoply of federal and state employment statutes, and helps clients navigate their most challenging personnel issues. An experienced litigator, Doron also represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes and litigations that include the areas of restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, wage and hour, and discrimination.

Doron is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR).
