Jones Day Adds Banking, Finance & Securities Partner Angela Batterson to New York Office

The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Angela L. Batterson is joining the Firm’s New York Office as a partner in its Banking, Finance & Securities Practice.

Ms. Batterson represents lenders and borrowers in private debt financings, including secured and unsecured senior credit facilities, sponsor-backed acquisition finance facilities, asset-based loans, and mezzanine financing. She has also advised on intercreditor agreements and distressed debt financings including debtor-in-possession financings.
