Benesch Adds Four Partners, Including Chair of Litigation Practice and New Vice Chair of Firm

Benesch is pleased to announce that Joseph A. Castrodale, Gregory J. Phillips, Yelena Boxer and Andrew G. Fiorella will be joining the firm as partners in the Litigation Practice Group. They will be based in Benesch’s Cleveland office. Formerly with Ulmer & Berne LLP, together the four attorneys will bring to Benesch decades of experience representing large corporate clients in complex business and commercial disputes in federal and state courts throughout the country.

At Benesch, Mr. Castrodale will serve as Chair of its Litigation Practice Group, Vice Chairman of the firm and member of the Executive Committee. The Litigation Practice Group, which is the largest practice group in the firm with more than 50 professionals, was recognized in 2015 by U.S. News/Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” rankings as a first-tier practice in Cleveland, Columbus and Indianapolis.

He has been ranked by Chambers USA as a Leading Lawyer for eight consecutive years; has twice been nationally recognized as part of a select group of litigators named to the prestigious BTI Client Service All-Star Team (2011, 2015); has been AV-Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell for over 20 years; and is listed by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. Mr. Castrodale received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
