Aramark Completes $840 Million Secondary Offering

The Firm represented Aramark in connection with an $840 million secondary offering, consisting of a sale by certain selling stockholders of 34,500,000 shares of common stock (including 4,500,000 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their option) at a public offering price of $28 per share.

Aramark is a leading global provider of food, facilities and uniform services to education, healthcare, business and industry and sports, leisure and corrections clients. With approximately 269,500 employees, Aramark operates in 22 countries around the world, provides services to 89% of the Fortune 500, serves over 500 million meals annually to approximately five million students, services over 2,000 healthcare facilities, caters to approximately 100 million sports fans annually, and puts over two million people in uniforms each day.
