Deepak Reddy has joined Winston & Strawn LLP as a partner in the firm’s Transportation Finance Practice of the New York office. Mr. Reddy’s practice is concentrated in the aircraft finance arena, representing aircraft operating lessors, investment funds, and other financial institutions.
“We remain focused on expanding our global transportation finance practice with particular strength in aircraft finance,” said Dom DeChiara, chair of Winston’s Corporate Department. “Deepak brings significant experience in aircraft finance that will be critical to achieving that goal and in supporting our clients.”

Mr. Reddy’s aviation practice focuses on the representation of aircraft leasing companies, financial institutions, and investment funds in aircraft financing, and leasing transactions. These matters include the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial and corporate aircraft.
Mr. Reddy was recognized by Chambers USA in 2015 and 2016 as one of only two up-and-coming aircraft finance lawyers nationwide. He has also been named a leading business aviation lawyer in the United States since 2014 by Corporate Jet Investor. He received his BA from Brandeis University and JD from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Reddy was most recently a partner at Dentons.
