Global law firm Proskauer advised Church & Dwight Co., Inc. on its agreement to acquire Avid Health, Inc., the leader in gummy form vitamins and supplements, for $650 million in cash. The transaction is one of the largest ever by Church & Dwight, a $2.6 billion New York Stock Exchange-listed company that is a leader in the household consumer products and personal care industry under the Arm & Hammer brand name and other well-known trademarks. The deal is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of 2012. Leading the Proskauer team was Partner Ronald R.
