On July 25, Willkie advised Bank of America, N.A. as Administrative Agent and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Joint Lender Arranger, in closing a $1.5 billion amended and restated credit facility to Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P. In November 2011, Willkie advised Bank of America, as Administrative Agent, in connection with the original $1 billion multi-borrower, multi-currency revolving credit facility to Host. The amended and restated credit facility adds a new $500 million term loan tranche to the existing $1 billion revolving facility. Host owns luxury resorts throughout the U.S. and in Australia, Canada, South America and Europe. The matter was handled by partner William Hiller, and associates Joshua Deason and Jared Jamesson. |
